2、 Product names allowed for entry

The peanut (Arachis hydropogaea L.) mentioned in this announcement refers to the shelled peanut seeds produced in Brazil, which are transported to China for processing and not for planting purposes.

3、 Permissible origin

All over Brazil.

4、 Enterprise registration

Peanut exporters and warehousing enterprises exporting to China shall register with the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Chinese Party") to ensure that they comply with China's inspection and quarantine requirements. The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Food Supply of the Federative Republic of Brazil (hereinafter referred to as "the Brazilian side") shall provide the Chinese side with a list of exporters and warehousing enterprises in advance. The Chinese side will publish a list of relevant enterprises on the website.

5、 Peanuts imported from China are not allowed to carry the following harmful organisms of concern to China:

1. Callosobruchus analis

2. Solenopsis invicta

3. Passion fruit woodiness virus

Cowpea mild mottle virus

5. Bean common mosaic virus

6. Bean yellow mosaic virus

6、 Product production and export requirements

（1） Production requirements.

Pakistan should supervise enterprises to establish a comprehensive pest control system (IPM) to reduce the occurrence of harmful organisms of concern to China.

Peanuts imported to China should comply with the requirements of China's import plant quarantine laws and regulations, as well as national standards for food safety, without soil, and should not intentionally add or mix other grains and foreign impurities.

（2） Pre export inspection and quarantine.

The Pakistani side should supervise enterprises to take measures such as screening and impurity removal during the storage and transportation of peanuts or before shipment, to ensure that peanuts imported to China do not contain plant residues, impurities, or dangerous toxic and harmful weed seeds.

Before exporting each batch of peanuts, laboratory testing should be conducted to ensure that they do not contain the following harmful organisms: egg fruit lignification virus, cowpea mild mottle virus, bean common mosaic virus, and bean yellow mosaic virus.

Each batch of peanuts imported to China should undergo aflatoxin testing to ensure that they meet the requirements of China's national food safety standards.

（3） Certificate requirements.

For goods that meet the requirements, the Brazilian side shall issue a phytosanitary certificate and indicate in English in the additional statement: "The confirmation meets the phytosanitary requirements described in the Peanut Protocol from Brazil to China and is free from the quarantine pests concerned by China", Please also indicate the company name, registration number, and container number. If live insects are found, fumigation treatment should be carried out before export, and the treatment indicators should be indicated on the plant quarantine certificate.

（4） Packaging and transportation requirements.

Peanuts exported to China must be packaged to avoid spillage during transportation. The packaging material must be clean and unused, and free from toxic and harmful substances.

Each packaging should have at least one label, indicating the company name, registration number, and in both Chinese and English, stating "Shelled peanuts exported from Brazil to the People's Republic of China" and "SHELED PEANUT From BRAZIL TO BE EXPORTED TO THE PEOPLE's REPUBLIC OF CHINA". The container for transporting peanuts must be cleaned.

7、 Entry inspection and quarantine

（1） Certificate verification.

1. Verify whether it comes from a registered enterprise;

2. Verify whether the plant quarantine certificate is true and valid.

（2） Inspection of goods.

According to relevant laws, administrative regulations, rules, and other provisions, in combination with Articles 5 and 6 of this requirement
