What is a dual-use item and what kind of product needs to be processed for a dual-use item?

In fact, the nature of a dual-use item license is essentially the same as a customs declaration or certificate of origin. It belongs to a single certificate and has a validity period (if you have not signed a contract with the customer, applying for it is also useless). If you have already signed a contract with a foreign customer, you must apply. The import and export application for dual-use items and technologies shall be accepted by the provincial commerce competent department, and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce for review after passing the preliminary review. After passing the review, the provincial commerce competent department shall issue an import and export approval form.
