Kind reminder: Latest! New regulations for bills of lading in Southeast Asian countries and regions!

 

 

 

 

Facing the new form and the first-line news of our declaration, the relevant documents of Southeast Asian countries and regions need to be paid special attention, there are updates!!

 

 

 

 

The following are the default requirements for bills of lading, so they will not be repeated in the following text:

 

The bill of lading must display the notifying party, and the notifying party cannot be displayed as same as consistent/name as above

 

The bill of lading must show the volume of the goods

 

The bill of lading does not accept general product names

 

 

 

Brunei/Brunei

 

All goods exported to Brunei and transitioning there must provide a 6-digit HS Code. If multiple goods are mixed and involve different HS codes, please provide the goods information separately according to HS codes to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

Cambodia

 

Only the original bill of lading is accepted for personal belongings of the consignee. The consignee's company name, address, and phone number must be provided, and the consignee's phone number must be displayed on the cargo description.

 

The unloading port must display the final unloading port.

 

Indonesia

 

The company name and address of the consignee must be provided, and the complete company names and addresses of the shipper, consignee, and notifying party must be provided, and displayed on the bill of lading.

 

When the consignee and notifying party are local Indonesian companies, a 15 digit tax registration number TAX ID (NPWP/TIN #) must be provided after the company information, such as 012345678900000. If the consignee is a non Indonesian company or individual or To Order, the notifying party must comply with the above requirements. If the consignee is an individual and the notifying party is a non Indonesian local company, the consignee needs to provide their passport number.

 

For goods to Belawan, the recipient's company name should be displayed within the first 30 characters of the first line to avoid incomplete declaration. If the consignee is To Order, the notifying party must comply with the above requirements.

 

If the recipient of the goods to Batam is a direct customer, it must be a company located locally in Batam. If the consignee is To Order, the notifying party must comply with the above requirements.

 

For the goods to Batam, please upload the packing list and commercial invoice to the shipment folder of the MOC corresponding bill of lading.

 

Unless the consignee provides Batam's import license, the goods will not be accepted as Car/Vehicles/Steel plates/Rubber/Sand/Tobacco.

 

The description and shipping mark cannot be displayed as "As per attached list" or "See Attachment" or "As per attached".

 

All goods to Indonesia must provide a 4-digit HS CODE. If multiple goods are mixed and involve different HS CODEs, please follow HS CO
