When it comes to importing equipment, we often hear that it is necessary to obtain a mechanical and electrical license or license, or some say an "O" license. What exactly is this? First of all, entry-level: General Mechanical and Electrical Certificate

2、 Confirmation from the processing agency: 1. The issuance by the mechanical and electrical office, which refers to the issuance by the local provincial bureau or an authorized agency of the provincial bureau, is issued by the Ministry of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, such as Hangzhou (provincial bureau) and Ningbo (provincial bureau authorized). The local mechanical and electrical office is first processed, and then submitted to the Beijing Ministry of Commerce for issuance

3. The qualification certificate, registration document, or approval certificate of a foreign-invested enterprise for the consignee to engage in the import of goods (such certificates and documents are only provided by first-time applicants within the Gregorian calendar year); ?
4. Notice on the Results of International Bidding Evaluation (Before applying for an automatic import license, import users should entrust a qualified international bidding agency to conduct bidding and obtain the Notice on the Results of International Bidding Evaluation issued by the Provincial Mechanical and Electrical Office); (1) Mechanical and electrical products certified by Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Office
1. Imported users apply for import of mechanical and electrical products through China International Tendering Network. If products or used mechanical and electrical products need to be purchased through international bidding, the required written materials must be sent to the foreign trade business window of the district administrative service center at the same time; ?
2. Online transfer of the district mechanical and electrical office to the provincial mechanical and electrical office; ?
3. The Provincial Mechanical and Electrical Office reviews and notifies import users of the review opinions online; ?
4. Import users can download the approved and automatically licensed "Application Form for Import of Mechanical and Electrical Products". doc, stamped with the official seal of the unit, along with the ID card of the handling person (non import user unit personnel also need a power of attorney from the import user unit), and submit it to the License Affairs Center of the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (in the office hall, the same below) to obtain the "Automatic Import License of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as "License Acquisition")
