1. CAS number
Element Definition: The full Chinese name is "Chemical Substance Registration Number", consisting of a set of numbers.
Both Chapter 28 and Chapter 29 products should be declared with a CAS number.
For example, the CAS number of the product "dipyridyl thiocarbonate" can be declared as "96989-50-3"; If the product does not have a CAS number, it can be declared as' no CAS number '.
2. Explanation on "No need to report"
Element Definition:
Mixed rare earth elements should indicate the content of each component: This element is a proprietary classification element for goods under subheading 2805.30. For rare earth metals, scandium, and yttrium that mix or fuse with each other, the content of each component needs to be reported.
Please indicate if mixed with other substances ": This element is a proprietary classification element for goods under tax heading 28.23, and" oxides of titanium "should be filled in as" not mixed with other substances ".
If it is ammonium perchlorate, please indicate the particle size ": This element is the price element of ammonium perchlorate under the tax code column 2829900, using" item "or“ μ M "represents.
For the declaration requirements for some goods under a certain level of tax number, if the declared goods are indeed special circumstances that do not need to be reported, they should be reported as "non XX circumstances, no need to be reported".
For example, it can be reported as "Non mixed rare earth, no need to report", "Non perchloric acid, no need to report", etc.
3. Component content
Definition of elements: Refers to the types and contents of various substances contained in a commodity.
Regarding the 'ingredient content', it is important to report the ingredient and content. In principle, chemical products should have all components reported clearly and their content added up to 100%, unless residual substances that have not been clearly declared do not affect classification.
4. Chemical Common Name
Element definition: Refers to the commonly used international name for drug labeling and active ingredients.
The chemical common name is not equal to the product name.
For example, for a drug with the trade name "Duojimei", the chemical generic name can be filled in as "Sorafenib Toluenesulfonate Tablets".
5. Packaging specifications
Element Definition: Refers to the individual packaging method and specifications of a product. The packaging specifications of the products under Chapter 38 should also indicate whether they are in retail packaging.
For example, goods under heading 38.24 can be declared as' 40g/bottle, retail packaging '.
